What areas do you service?
We are licensed to close properties in the state of Florida. We mainly get contracts from Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough Counties.
We executed a contract, what’s the next step?
Provide an executed contract to us. Make sure your escrow deposit is delivered in the time specified in the contract. We will reach out and start gathering information from you.
Where are you located?
We are located in Tarpon Springs, Florida. On the west side of US 19, a block North of the intersection of Klosterman and US 19. Directly behind the Enterprise Car Rental
What do I do if I’m out of state for closing?
We can either mail you the documents to sign, or we can send you a “Mobile Notary”. Don’t worry, we work with people all over the world, we can always coordinate.
What are my payment options?
Initial deposits can be cash, personal check, bank certified check, or wire. If you send a check, there must be 10 days before closing for it to clear the banks. Final amounts for closing MUST be sent in the form of a wire.
What do I do if I have to drop something off but I can’t until after 5PM?
We have a drop slot! It is located to the left of our front door, there is a label next to it!
