What areas do you service?
We are licensed to close properties anywhere in the beautiful state of Florida.
We mostly support clients with contracts in Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough Counties.
We executed a contract, what’s the next step?
The next step would be to provide us with an executed contract. Make sure your escrow deposit is delivered in the time specified in the contract. At that point, we will reach out to you and begin to gather information.

What do I do if I’m out of state for closing?
We can either mail you the documents to sign, or we can send you a “Mobile Notary”. Don’t worry, we work with people all over the world, we can always coordinate.
What are my payment options?
Initial deposits can be cash, personal check, bank certified check, or wire. If you send a check, there must be 10 days before closing for it to clear the banks. Final amounts for closing MUST be sent in the form of a wire.
How do I drop something off after 5PM?
We have a drop slot! It is labeled for you, and located to the LEFT of the front door!
